Please make sure all the players you use are on your roster9U – 14U Games will be played @ Cactus Fields. No new inning after 1:45
**Attention** A $620 deposit will hold your spot in the league. $500 due by the 1st league game. The remaining $500 is due by the 4th week of the league.
• Bring your own team to the league.
• 2024 Fall League
• 13 game guarantee
• Your team must be registered with USSSA for the 2025 season.
• Your team must have a team insurance policy
• Play 1 double-header 1 night a week (played Mon., Tues, Weds, Thur)
• Games start @ 5:30pm
• Games are 1:45 long and 6 innings in all ages
• Games played @ Cactus Yards
• 9U/10U, 11U/12U, 13U, 14U. (9U/10U and 11U/12U might be split if at least 4 teams in each age)
• Berth to the USSSA World Series.
• $1620 per team.
• 2 new balls provided. Teams must have 1 new backup ball for the umpire each game.

MANAGERS LETTER / PARK POLICIES
Managers, please do the following:
ALL PLAYERS MUST BE LISTED ON YOUR ONLINE ROSTER OR GUEST PLAYER LIST IN ORDER TO PLAY. WE DO ALLOW GUEST PLAYERS EVEN IF THEY AREN’T LISTED ON YOU GUEST PLAYER LIST. IF A PLAYER ISN’T LISTED ON YOUR GUEST PLAYER LIST PLEASE TELL THE OTHER TEAM WHO THE PLAYER IS AND WHICH TEAM HE IS COMING FROM.
PLAYERS CAN NOT PLAY ON MORE THAN 1 TEAM IN AN AGE BRACKET. THEY CAN ONLY GUEST PLAY FOR 1 TEAM EACH WEEK IN THE SAME AGE BRACKET. ONCE THE PLAYOFFS START A PLAYER CAN ONLY GUEST PLAY FOR 1 TEAM IN EACH AGE BRACKET NO MATTER IF THE TEAM HE GUEST PLAYED FOR HAS BEEN ELEMINATED.
Bring copies of Birth Certificates or State Issue ID Card and Bring a copy of Proof of Insurance with proper coverage dates. If you DO NOT have USSSA Insurance the following in Red must be added to the certified insurance document. To participate in USSSA Events,please request a Certificate of Insurance from your insurance provider with an additional insured endorsement (this is a separate page from the certificate of insurance)for the following two additions:

Check the website daily for schedule revisions. AZ USSSA reserves the right to modify the schedule should scheduling conflicts arise.
Please have your team ready to play up to 15 minutes prior to the posted game time in case of a run rule in a prior game. This will help us to stay on schedule.
Steel cleats may not be worn on portable mounds at any of the parks. Make sure the pitchers have an extra pair of shoes to pitch in. The Umpires will strictly enforce this and eject managers if not followed!
No Hitting Stations will be allowed on the grass at any park!
