Park Policies

Managers, please do the following:

ALL PLAYERS MUST BE LISTED ON YOUR ONLINE ROSTER IN ORDER TO PLAY

Bring copies of Birth Certificates or State Issue ID Card and Bring a copy of Proof of Insurance with proper coverage dates. If you DO NOT have USSSA Insurance the following in Red must be added to the certified insurance document. To participate in USSSA Events,please request a Certificate of Insurance from your insurance provider with an additional insured endorsement (this is a separate page from the certificate of insurance)for the following two additions:

Team check-in/Game Card Pick Up is mandatory with tournament director (45 minutes prior to your first game). You MUST Pick Up the Game Card at the directors table. Players do not need to be present at check-in. Teams not registered with USSSA for the 2025 season will need to do so online at www.usssa.com. Teams will NOT be able to register at the tournament and all players added or deleted must be done online prior to check-in. Players may NOT be penciled in on your rosters. Players will not play if a birth certificate/ID card is not available for verification at check-in. Age cut off is May 1st, 2025. (e.g., 12U player can’t turn 13 prior to May 1st, 2025). Players may play up, but not down in age.

Check the website daily for schedule revisions. Top Choice Sports / AZ USSSA reserves the right to modify the brackets should scheduling conflicts arise. The bracket schedule displayed at check-in supersedes all other revisions. Recheck brackets online the night before tournament starts.

Please have your team ready to play up to 15 minutes prior to the posted game time in case of a run rule in a prior game. This will help us to stay on schedule.

Steel cleats may not be worn on portable mounds at any of the parks. Make sure the pitchers have an extra pair of shoes to pitch in. The Umpires will strictly enforce this and eject managers if not followed!

No Hitting Stations will be allowed on the grass at any park!
Gates will open 1 hour prior to first game at all parks except Peoria Sports Complex and Red Mtn. Park/Gene Autry Park will open 45min prior

Pitching Limitations for ALL AZ USSSA Tourneys including 3 day
A player that pitches more then (3) innings in one day MUST rest next day
7U-12U = 6 innings max in a day and 8 for tourney
13U-14U = 7 inning max per day and 8 for tourney

PLAYOFF SEEDINGS will be posted online on your schedules after pool play

​Brackets are normally posted early in the week prior to the start of a tournament. Check back often for the latest bracket updates. Arizona USSSA reserves the right to modify brackets should it deem necessary to ensure the success of the tournament

Victory Lane – $5 including coaches

Victory Lane Policies

Red Mountain / Gene Autry – $8 for adults 18 years and older. $5 for students 13-17, seniors 65plus and military with ID. Up to 3 coaches free

All other parks – No gate fees
